We love taking our food and drink experience on the road! Our mobile trailer brings the heart of our café directly to festivals, private gatherings, and community events throughout the region. Whether it’s a summer fair, a corporate celebration, or a neighborhood get-together, we take pride in serving our guests wherever they are.
Our menu features the flavors our customers know and love — tender brisket sandwiches, creamy brisket macaroni and cheese bowls, our fresh-baked desserts and pastries, and a huge selection of handcrafted drinks. Each event is an opportunity for us to share the same warmth, quality, and care that we pour into every meal at the café.
